Error was MS Word has stopped working. Within Outlook 2003 could not change anything under Tools, Options, Mail Format without it crashing. Uninstalled Word, next tried Outlook, reinstalled both, uninstalled all of MS Office. Reinstalled to different folder (custom install), applied SP3.

When I installed my copy of Office 2003 Professional, it installed smoothly When I attempted to choose another, I received an error message: Not enough memory.
