Just rescently my computer attempted to download and install the Office 2003 SP3 Update. When Windows XP attempted to install the update an error message appeared iin the Microsoft IE window stating that the update failed to install. What could cause this to happen and what can I do to get the update installed?

I successfully installed CRM 1.2 on Server 2003 Standard.
